Please join the LRW in a panel discussion with Class I leaders about how we, as an industry, can provide networking and mentoring opportunities to our employees from within. Come learn, listen, and ask your questions about what employee resource groups are all about and how you can start to provide resources for groups within the rail industry or your company. 	Focusing on Safety: Operation Lifesaver 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM EST Join us for a session based on safety; track safety and public safety. Rachel Maleh, Executive Director of Operation LifeSaver (OLI) is ready to connect with you about the importance of track safety and how our message must be united as an industry. There are important facts you should know about how to get involved with this kind of rail advocacy, as well as what the public needs to know when it comes to interacting with our world at crossings and other property. Learn from Rachel and the purpose and passion the OLI drives forward today and for the future.
