LRIW Announces New Board Appointments

Washington, DC, May 25, 2016 – The League of Railway Industry Women (LRIW) recently appointed three members to Board of Director roles.

Washington, DC, May 25, 2016 – The League of Railway Industry Women (LRIW) recently appointed three members to Board of Director roles.

Tanis Peterson, Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Railway Assocation of Canada (RAC) was promoted to LRIW Vice President from her previous role as Director. Tanis has been an LRIW member since 2015.

Two new newly appointed Directors include Jacinthe Cloutier Carneiro, Operations Manager for DLL Inc. and Natalie White, Director, Project Management, Materials, & Procurement for the Whiting Corporation. Jacinthe and Natalie have been members of the LRIW since 2015 and 2013, respectively.

“LRIW's Board leadership enriches the organization's value to our members, the community and the railroad industry, and these new members are a wonderful addition,” said Jodi Heldt, LRIW President. “Tanis has contributed a great deal to the success of this organization, and we are excited to hear her vision for the LRIW. Jacinthe and Natalie are leaders in their organizations and their industry knowledge and expertise will further contribe to the success of the LRIW.”
