After a pilot mentorship program in 2021, LRW has invested in the MentorCity platform, allowing participants to create personal profiles used to match mentors with mentees and easily schedule one-on-one mentoring sessions.

To get started as a mentor or mentee, log in to the LRW website to join the Mentorship Program. Space is limited, and LRW members are encouraged to commit six months to participate. Mentor volunteers require a minimum of 10 years of rail industry experience. Introductory training sessions to help learn the MentorCity platform will be scheduled shortly.
