CN President and CEO Claude Mongeau to Keynote RSI/CMA 2014

Washington, DC, February 20, 2014 – The League of Railway Industry Women (LRIW) is pleased to announce that CN President and Chief Executive Officer Claude Mongeau will be the keynote speaker at RSI/CMA 2014 + Canadian Rail Summit on Monday, September 22 in Montréal, Quebec. The LRIW Annual Conference will be held in conjunction with RSI/CMA 2014.

“Claude Mongeau is a dynamic industry leader, and his keynote speech will be a must-attend event at RSI/CMA 2014,” said Railway Supply Institute President Thomas D. Simpson. “Our members look forward to learning how they can best serve CN and the Canadian rail Market.”

RSI/CMA 2014 will take place September 21 -23 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal (Montreal Convention Center). The first-ever Canadian exhibition will combine the exhibits of the Railway Supply Institute (RSI) and the Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers in addition to the technical and educational sessions of the Coordinated Mechanical Associations (CMA). RSI is also pleased to announce that the Canadian Rail Summit hosted by the Railway Association of Canada will be held in conjunction with RSI/CMA 2014.

The Coordinated Mechanical Associations include the Air Brake Association (ABA), the International Association of Railroad Operating Officers (IAROO), the League of Railway Industry Women (LRIW), the Locomotive Maintenance Officers Association (LMOA), and the Mechanical Association Railcar Technical Services (MARTS).

Suppliers to the rail industry looking to market their business and products are encouraged to exhibit at RSI/CMA 2014, which will feature space for 140 booths. Exhibit space sales will begin in March.

Online registration for RSI/CMA 2014 and hotel room reservations will begin on June 2; combined expected attendance is 1,500.
