Fulfillment Policy

Services Available for Purchase: Memberships, Sponsorships, Event Registrations, Webinar Registrations, and related services.

Purchase Currency: Purchases must be made in US Dollars ($).

Fulfillment Policies:
  1. In-Person Events: LRW must be notified by email at staff@railwaywomen.org of any cancellations or requests for refunds before midnight, three weeks before the event date. Requests received before this deadline will be refunded, less a $100 per individual processing fee. Replacements from the same organization are accepted and encouraged. However, due to commitments to vendors, no refunds will be provided after this deadline - no exceptions. This policy applies to all online cancellations and transaction changes and supersedes any other credit messages produced by the automated registration system. No credits, refunds, or personal transfers will be issued for no-shows.
     
  2. Webinars: LRW will not honor any cancellation or refund requests made later than two business days prior to the airdate of a Webinar. No-shows will not be refunded or transferred.
