Flexible, Self-Led Mentoring Program

Given the program success during it's pilot year in 2021, the Mentor Sessions are now an offical part of the LRW membership offering.  Schedule one-on-one, virtual sessions with experienced railway professionals who can help you achieve your career goals or provide railroading insights from their perspective.

Become a Mentor
We recruit mentors from throughout the industry, different railroad and rail vendors, various fields and disciplines, and with varying types and years of expertise.  Are you an experienced rail professional and leader?  Apply to become a mentor.

Requirements:

• 10 years of railway industry experience
• Current LRW member in good standing

Register for the program, find a mentor and schedule to meet.
