Member of the Year

Since 1998, the League of Railway Women (LRW) has been presenting the annual LRW Member of the Year Award to an individual member or corporate partner who has contributed their time and talents to improving the organization's mission.

2025 Member of the Year

The LRW Member of the Year award recognizes the incredible dedication and outstanding contributions of an LRW Member. We're looking for members who have gone above and beyond, tirelessly working to improve the League and the rail industry, driving progress and building strong connections. From those who have laid the groundwork for success to those who have fueled collaboration, we want to honor their commitment and recognize their impact on the railroading landscape.
